Customer Engineer (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

Resolves client requests or problems at customer sites in desktop peripherals, networking hardware, desktop OS, servers, and other peripherals or related software.

Serves as primary support liaison between Company and customer and attends to customer onsite.

Provide hardware support (desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and printers) and application support at the desktop support level.

Keep the customer informed of the work done after resolution and update the customer on the status and action plan when problems are pending.

Involved in any additional follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.

Prepare and submit timely status/project/service reports to meet SLA.

Update project or call status in real-time to the Call Center or Helpdesk.

Provide accurate and timely inputs to the Call Center on the whereabouts and status of work.
