We are seeking a Customer Engagement / CRM Consultant to manage, customize, and optimize CRM solutions to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure CRM solutions (Dynamics 365 CE or similar)
Gather and analyze business requirements
Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports
Train end-users and provide ongoing support
Integrate CRM with other business systems
Ensure data accuracy and CRM best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 CE preferred)
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service processes
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
Basic understanding of integrations and APIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
