About the Role
At Trading Solutions, we are looking for a Junior Customer Documentation Specialist to ensure the accuracy and transparency of our financial and operational information, protecting profitability and minimizing financial risks.
Assigning tasks on the platform to the operational team and keeping information up to date in line with changes.
Reviewing supplier invoices.
Disputing invoices with suppliers.
Managing claims with shipping lines.
Registering rates with the FMC.
Managing and creating billing orders.
