About the Role

Customer Development are sales and account management positions responsible for driving incremental sales growth within assigned accounts through relationship marketing and identification of new and creative strategic opportunities for further partnership. Customer Development will also track the progress within accounts and work with leadership to determine the appropriate growth strategy and activity for each account. In some cases, the Customer Development staff may work on a global scale.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Effectively and creatively communicates Mouser’s overall value to customers.
Increase sales from existing assigned customer accounts by locating and identifying new business opportunities and building rapport and relationship with key decision makers.
Work with Customer Service Representatives and Management to penetrate shared Customer Development accounts more deeply.
