About the Role
Responsible for sales execution and managing customer relationships for assigned outlets, wholesalers, and customers
Key Responsibilities
- Develop volume fulfillment strategies and plans aligned with sales targets and covered accounts
- Set monthly and weekly sales activities based on outlet segmentation guidelines
- Achieve assigned sales targets (KPIs)
- Report sales development and volume depletion to Sales Manager.
Customer & Account Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular sales calls and outlet visits
- Consult customers on product listings, pricing adjustments, product features, and promotions
- Recruit new outlets and develop new customers
- Manage wholesaler account risk, including AR collection and credit limits.
Forecasting, Analysis & Insights
- Forecast and analyze demand data for wholesalers and outlets
