Customer Data and AI Architect

**What's the role?**



As the Customer Data and AI Architect, you will play a pivotal senior role in shaping enterprise-wide Customer Data, Analytics and AI capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Domain Architecture – Data, Integration & AI, this role provides technical leadership and strategic direction across customer identity, customer data platforms, analytics and AI/ML.



You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate growth, retention and compliance objectives into scalable, privacy-led data solutions. Leading end-to-end architecture and design, you will define future-state customer data and AI architectures, guide transformational programs, and act as the design authority for customer data technologies across the enterprise.
