Job Summary

The Customer/Client Relations Specialist (CRS) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and nurses within a 24/7 home care agency environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating schedules, handling call-offs and visit changes, supporting intake processes, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The CRS works closely with Care Managers and Scheduling Managers to ensure continuity of care, timely coverage of visits, and effective resolution of client and staff concerns.
