About the Role

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

Coordinate service appointments including answering service calls in a professional manner. 
Coordinate insurance calls in a professional manner. 
Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery.
Remind customers of set appointments via telephone, email or text.
Provide general and administrative support to the Body Shop.
Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. 
Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
