About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking hotel reservations and travel-related services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers inquiring about hotel availability, pricing, and amenities
- Assist customers in making, modifying, or canceling reservations
- Upsell room upgrades, packages, or additional services to maximize revenue
- Provide accurate information about hotel policies, promotions, and local attractions
Qualifications
- Tech Savvy, computer literate, technologically proficient, digitally adept, or proficient in computers
- 18 months customer service experience and/or 1 year experience inbound sales
- Good English communication skills
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift
- Can start ASAP
