🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Growth Executive (Telecalling | D2C Brand)

SUPR is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This is not a boring call-centre role.

You’ll speak to real customers, help them make better health decisions, and directly impact revenue.

What you’ll do:

  • Call customers who’ve already shown interest (abandoned checkouts, past buyers)
  • Re-engage existing customers and drive repeat purchases
  • Understand customer pain points and communicate clearly
  • Work closely with founders on improving conversion & retention

Who this role is for:

  • You’re confident speaking on calls (Hindi/English)
  • You communicate clearly and listen well
  • You’re comfortable with targets and accountability
  • You want to learn how a fast-growing D2C brand actually scales
