About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive to handle outbound and inbound customer interactions for international and domestic clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers across India.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Manage customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Follow up with leads, enquiries, and pending cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
  • Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader/Manager when required.
