We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is on the search for a new challenge.
Our team is growing and we are hiring Customer Care Agents for a receptive agency in our Palma Office for Summer Season 2026.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Telephone support to our clients and agencies.
- Transfers’ schedule confirmation.
- Lost and found assistance.
- Assistance to customers with claims or emergencies.
- Minimum experience of one year in a similar position.
- Customer service oriented.
- Fluent English, writing and speaking.
- Intermediate level of German or French. Other languages will be valued.
- Flexible working schedule. Available to work night shifts.
- Office Package knowledge.
