About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer with strong expertise in energy metering technologies, including developing metrology (single & three phase) , DLMS/COSEM protocol, and energy meter hardware architecture.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
Key Skill set:
Strong Understanding of Electrical Measurement Principles:
- Fundamentals of AC power measurement (single‑phase & three‑phase)
- RMS calculations for voltage, current, power & energy
- Concepts of active, reactive, apparent power
- Power factor measurement (displacement & distortion PF)
- CT/PT interfacing, burden selection, linearity, and phase‑angle correction
- Anti‑tamper metering concepts (neutral disturbance, magnetic tamper, bypass detection)
