We are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is based at Touchstone Bath. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00‑17:30 and Friday 9:00‑17:00. After an initial training period of 2‑4 weeks, the position offers hybrid working (three days at home).
