Key Responsibilities
•Register and onboard job seekers on the Emp Quick AI Job platform.  
 Connect with employers, HR professionals, and business owners to onboard companies looking for hiring solutions. Explain Emp Quick's services and benefits to candidates and employers. Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and online platforms. Follow up with potential candidates and employers to complete registrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and users. Maintain accurate records of leads, registrations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Meet monthly candidate registration and company onboarding targets. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Acquisition, or a similar role.
