Customer Account Specialist

AMETEK Aerospace and Defense is seeking a Customer Account Specialist with a proven track record of success to join our team in Reynosa, MX. This role supports the Sales team by managing customer service duties for major distribution accounts, ensuring accurate and timely execution of pricing, quoting, purchase order review, order entry, and issue resolution. The position also involves expediting orders, administering pricing policies, supporting forecasting activities, and assisting factories in achieving monthly sales goals.

The specialist will deliver weekly reports to key accounts, establish routine reviews, and proactively resolve customer issues.
