A Day in the Life
This position is responsible for procuring grain products by developing and maintaining a customer base within a geographical area to achieve business results as established through business planning and goal setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Negotiate grain contracts from a defined client base to meet and exceed area financial and operating targets within the parameters of the marketing plans and strategies of the company.
- Promote programs within the assigned market centre in order to meet desired business results.
- Coordinate logistics of contracts and related administrative requirements in conjunction with internal team to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain and analyze a database/record of customer profiles, transaction records, product inventories and other reporting to identify, categorize and prioritize customer contacts.
