About the Role

Job Description:

As a key actor of the Customer Acceptance and Delivery Multi-Functional Team CAD MFT you will represent the Airbus Quality organization in front of our Customers.

Integrated in the Customer Line, you will be in charge of a portfolio of Customers with whom you will build and maintain a trustful relationship all along the aircraft production cycle and in particular during the Final Assembly Line and Delivery phases.

As the representative of the Quality organization in front of our Customers and with the objective of reinforcing our Customer's satisfaction (while protecting Airbus interests), your main missions will be to:
Manage customer communication for all quality related topics whether it relates to cabin, structure, system or paint.
Define, prioritize and agree with the Customers the quality top irritants and repetitive items for a specific Customer or across fleets to manage the “Customer Feedback Loop” in cross func...
