Role Overview:

The Customer Declaration Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day processing of customs entries. This is a detail‑oriented role focused on data entry, document verification, and ensuring that shipments are cleared through customs on time to avoid storage fees or delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Declaration Filing: Prepare and submit accurate import/export declarations through the customs portal.
• Document Verification: Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin for completeness and accuracy.
• Classification: Assign correct HS Codes to a wide variety of commodities to ensure proper duty and tax assessment.
