Custodial Services Worker ( Janitor )

Equation Staffing Solutions is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Custodial Services Workers for a long-term assignment in Prentiss. This opportunity offers consistent full-time hours and the chance to work in an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining site trailers
• General janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, garbage removal)
• Working safely with cleaning chemicals
• Walking between different site areas/trailers (outdoor movement required)
• Carrying water buckets or jugs to designated areas, as some locations do not have running water
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in an industrial environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience required
• Industrial cleaning experience considered an asset
• English proficiency required due to the work environment and safety communication
