- 각 국가 FedEx CE팀과 배송 이동 문의에 대한 대응
- 고객 문의 대해서 빠르고 정확한 안내와 요청사항 반영을 위해 각 국가 FedEx 해외 네트워크와 커뮤니케이션
- 화물 중 이례건(분실, 파손, 지연)에 대한 고객 문의 응대
- 고객과 FedEx 내부 직원의 중간 담당자로서 문제 상황 해결 및 운송 상황 업데이트를 위한 소통
- FedEx내 다른 부서와 소통 후 고객에게 필요한 정보 제공
