Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cultivation Facility Manager located in the Eugene, Oregon area. The role oversees daily operations within a cannabis cultivation facility, including staff leadership, environmental control systems, plant health, cultivation schedules, inventory, operational efficiency, yields, troubleshooting, audits, and inspections.
