The Culinary & Menu Operations Assistant supports the Culinary and Menu teams by owning in-week menu asks, operational coordination, and cross-functional communication. This role is designed to reduce ad-hoc operational workload on Recipe Developers, enabling them to focus on recipe output, quality, and strategic initiatives while supporting Menu Planning and Product teams during a period of increased scale. 

This is a mid-level, execution-focused contract role ideal for an early-career candidate interested in food, operations, and large-scale menu development.

Menu & In-Week Operations 
Triage and manage in-week menu requests for HelloFresh and Chefʼs Plate 

Act as the first point of contact for operational menu questions 

Track, document, and close menu-related asks using established tools and trackers
