Culinary Manager - Long Term Care

Overview

Aramark is recruiting a Culinary Manager for a Long-Term Care facility located in Welland, ON. The Culinary Manager is responsible for directing, planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the food service department to ensure the nutritional needs of each resident are met within established budgets and existing legislative parameters. There is daily interaction with other department heads and employees, residents, families, and contractors. The Culinary Manager will participate in and conduct a variety of managerial activities and duties to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the home, and to achieve and maintain a high level of resident care.
