About the Role
The Culinary Cook – Filipino, Western, Asian Cuisine & Catering Services (Officer Level) is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes across Filipino, Western, Asian cuisines and Catering services in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. This role supports the kitchen's daily operations by ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and timely execution of dishes while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation & Cooking
· Prepare and cook dishes across Filipino, Western, Asian cuisines and Catering services, including but not limited to:
· Filipino: adobo, sinigang, kare-kare, lechon kawali, grilled and sautéed dishes
· Western: pasta, steaks, grilled meats, sauces, and basic continental dishes
· Asian: stir-fried dishes, noodles, rice meals, soups, and sauces
