CSSD SUPERVISOR East Rand, Johannesburg - Permanent An acute private hospital in the East Rand is seeking an experienced CSSD Supervisor to manage a high-volume department supporting a busy theatre complex. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily CSSD operations, including decontamination, packing and sterilisation of surgical instruments Ensure compliance with infection control, SANC, and hospital standards Manage autoclaves, monitoring systems, and instrument traceability Lead and performance-manage CSSD staff Control departmental budget, stock, and equipment maintenance Support Theatre management with operational planning and CAPEX input Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse with Theatre experience Post-basic CSSD qualification Current SANC registration 2 years supervisory experience in an acute hospital CSSD (large hospital exposure preferred) Strong knowledge of steam and low-temperature sterilisation systems Staff management and budget control experience Fully vaccinated This role r...
