Tasks
- Manage all commercial and cost-related aspects of construction projects.
- Lead tendering, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and oversee CVRs, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Handle variations, payments, and claims while maintaining financial discipline.
- Support procurement strategies and ensure consistent reporting to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (this is a must).
