About the Role

 
  Job Description 
  : To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for Architectural engineer on Construction site to manage general contractor, vendor print review and quality inspection for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to:
 CSA(Civil/Structure/Architecture) Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
 Management and coordination with client requirement
 Project Execution plan and management / ITP Plan / commissioning plan
 Project schedule and cost control and management
 Coordination for invoice and payment
 Responsible for site inspection and report
 Construction all related Permits and Approvals
 Bill of Materials Take off
 Coordination and management of vendor and other discipline
 Technical clarification with vendor and/or sub -c...
