About the Role
The CS Software & Electrical Designer - Packaging will be part of the Packaging Machine Process Excellence & Customer Requests team and the role will manage the quotation and software and hardware development of customer requests.
Key responsibilities:
Analise customer request
Customize existing software and development of new solutions on Siemens Simotion PLCs
Perform internal tests for the automation part of the machines, also managing non-standard software
Using Ladder, Motion Control Chart and Structured programming language
Create software architecture, defining how different parts of the system will interact with each other
Develop the machinery upgrade to be fulfilled
Manage any issues during assembly and testing
Periodic alignment on standardization developments
