William Day Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Crushing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our crushing and screening operations. This senior leadership position is responsible for production performance, plant efficiency, workforce management, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple crushing sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aggregate processing, strong operational planning capabilities, and the ability to lead teams in high‑demand, fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of crushing and screening plants to ensure production targets, quality standards, and client requirements are consistently met.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor material processing volumes; implement production strategies to maximize on‑spec throughput, minimize downtime, and optimize equipment usage.
