Job Requirement : •University degree- Preferably Major in Environment Engineering or Human Resources OR more than 5 years experience in handling Labour/EHS issues in Garment/Footwear factories •Fluent in both written and spoken English, and Vietnamese. •Excellent communication, (both written and oral), presentation, and influencing skills •Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, and PPT) •Knowledge of Vietnam labor, environment, and health and safety regulations and international labor standards •Understanding of social compliance work from a U.S. and European customer perspective •Understanding of the global supply chain business model and what role it plays in economic development and labor related issues in the garment industry
