CRM Support Engineer

Permanent | Northampton, Hybrid (2-3 days on-site) | Up to £45,000 per annum 

Our leading client is looking to onboard a CRM Support Engineer into their team on a permanent basis. The right candidate will Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across the orgnisations CRM, along with systems configuration and the opportunity to gain exposure to low-code scripting and automation development work

Required Experience: 
Familiarity with SaaS CRM platforms — Zoho CRM experience preferred, but knowledge of similar systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot is also beneficial.

Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.

Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business
