As a CRM & Sales Operations Specialist, you ensure the reliability, usability, and strategic alignment of our CRM system by assuring and managing data quality, driving automation, and supporting sales operations through system optimization and reporting.- Manage CRM data including regular updates, audits and cleansing- Integrate data from internal and external systems into the CRM- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues and maintain a clean, synchronized system environment- Support with developing, implementing and maintaining scalable E2E-CRM processes in close collaboration with marketing, sales and other stakeholders- Build and maintain automation workflows to improve data consistency and reduce manual work- Support marketing automation and lead management workflows- Manage user roles, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and sales enablement assets in the system- Ensure proper tracking of activities, touchpoints, and deal progress a...
