About the Role
Overview
The CRM & Loyalty Trainee will assist in the execution of CRM Global Campaigns, Loyalty Programmes and Public Promotions.
He/she will collaborate with Business Units, Revenue, Brand and eCommerce teams to ensure strategy alignment and meet traffic, engagement, revenue and recurrence targets.
What will you do?- Coordination and follow up of promotional and marketing materials with other areas.
- Implementation of marketing campaigns and assistance with target segmentations in the campaign management tool.
- Facilitate recurrent and ad-hoc reports and monitoring campaigns KPIs.
- Conduct and follow up competition benchmark reports.
Experience
- Prior experience within a CRM/Digital Marketing department will be appreciated.
