Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer relationships effectively
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Coordinate with Sales, Project, and Operations teams for timely updates
Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and CRM data accurately
Track leads, quotations, orders, and project status
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project progress
Prepare MIS Reports, Customer Feedback Reports, and Performance Reports
Build long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
