About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious CRM Executive / CRM Specialist who is passionate about helping people across Australia and New Zealand improve their finances. You will be an essential part of our small but impactful CRM team that helps bring our users back by sending the right message to the right user at the right time. This team supports new user activation, engagement, and monetisation.
This role will be focused on bringing the right offer to the right user at the right time. You’ll be working closely with our CRM Manager to deliver a seamless user journey in CRM, and cross-functionally with the commercial, product and design teams.
Skills and experience you will need:
Hard skills
A CRM Executive or CRM Specialist (or equivalent) with 1-2 years experience
CRM Creative: Be comfortable writing, designing, and coding compelling emails (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with solid attention to detail.
