About the Role

The CRM Developer will design, customize, and enhance TSAVO's CRM platform to support sales, marketing, customer service, and resident & property management operations.

Qualifications
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions


• Solid understanding of CRM concepts and workflows


• Proficiency in C#, Power Automate, and Power Apps (model-driven)


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience


• Minimum of 3 years' software development experience


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage

Responsibilities
• Develop and customize CRM features, workflows, & business rules


• Automate business processes within the CRM platform


• Build and maintain system integrations via APIs


• Support reporting through dashboards & insights


• Provide ongoing CRM support & continuous improvements
