About the Role
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Servers (Development, SIT, UAT, Production).
- Responsible for CRM releases, features & best practices, making recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools into Sales Operations applications to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Lead training for CRM and provide ongoing training as needed to current and new users.
- Assist with the testing of new or existing features, and or updates and the effect of application changes to current or new systems.
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and IT teams.
