**Requirements**:
- Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Logistics, Finance & Administration, Management, Psychology, or similar (Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency).
- Maritime industry knowledge and/or interest
- Good written, and oral communication skills, in English
- Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
- This position is reporting to the Crewing Manager**_Office location is Marineholmen, Bergen_**
