About the Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Crewing Operations -Managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Monitor completion of crew documentation and crew information prior joining the vessel - Monitor and implement crew embarkation through processing of pre-deployment requirements - Process Embarkation & Disembarkation orders.
- Monitor on time updating/encoding of crew documents in the system
- Regularly updates Crewing Manager the status of the crew
- Raise any concern to the crewing manager on any relevant information related to the crew processing and statutory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any related 4 year course
- Preferably with 1 year of experience as Crewing Assistant
- Knowledgeable or familiar on crew's pre-employment medical requirements, , Marina documents,
