   Job Profile  
 VistaJet, the global business aviation company, is looking for a Crew Planning Coordinator. Training will take place in Malta with remote working after training.
 You will assist the Director of Crew Planning & Scheduling in the overall efficiency of the crew planning / analysis process. 
 
   Your Responsibilities  
 Write and oversee crew rosters;
 Plan all recurrent training on your fleets;
 Plan all line training and ALCs and record on the training summary database;
 Provide answers to vacation or other crew requests;
 Track the 94 days-off in a year periods;
 Cross check the recurrent expiries each month;
