About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Crew Coordinator to manage day-to-day crewing activities and ensure smooth coordination between vessels, crew members, and internal teams. This role is central to keeping operations compliant, efficient, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate crew sign-on and sign-off for vessels as per schedules
- Maintain and update crew records, certifications, and documentation
- Liaise with agents, masters, and operations team regarding crew movements
- Ensure compliance with flag state, port, and company requirements
- Monitor crew contracts, leave plans, and relief schedules
- Support visa processing, medicals, and travel arrangements
- Address crew-related queries and provide timely support
