Job Title : Senior Manager- Credit Policy- Consumer Loan Products

Key Responsibilities

1. Risk Policy Development & Implementation

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive credit underwriting and risk policies for consumer loan products (Personal Loans, Merchant Lending, and Gold Loans)
• Design and establish risk frameworks that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
• Create policy documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for credit risk management
• Review and update policies periodically based on market dynamics and regulatory changes
• Drive policy adoption across the organization and ensure consistent implementation

2. Risk Framework & Governance

• Establish risk governance structures and oversight mechanisms across consumer lending operations
