Credit Manager
Location: Kolhapur
Role & Responsibility:
Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decisions or
recommendations for approval to higher authorities.
Underwriting cases with the desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business
targets by proper training.
To evaluate proposals of customers for Home Loan and LAP.
Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management, and profitability ratios to assess
creditworthiness in the evaluation
Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies/infants.
Decision-making within defined TAT
Understanding of property-related knowledge (like legal title and market value of the property).
