Credit Controller

Occupation: Credit Controller

Location: Ripon, North of England

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Resolve queries internally and externally regarding outstanding invoices
• Open new accounts and manage day‑to‑day operations of the customer base
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on actions while working closely with management
• Coordinate collections and support account reconciliation to ensure processes are followed

Qualifications

• Background in Credit Control or comparable experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Commutable to Ripon
