Job Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Coordinate with fulfilment/commercial/contract/finance team on any contractual, technical issues and respond to customer.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
• Reduce PDD by following up with customers and escalating properly to relevant stakeholders.
