Our Finance department is looking for a Credit collection Associate to support the follow up of customer payments and ensure smooth communication with our clients and dealer network.


What you will do

  • Review outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments.

  • Contact customers and dealers mainly via email, with occasional phone calls.

  • Match incoming payments to open invoices and keep records up to date.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to credit collection.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify information.

  • Perform data input and checks in Excel.

  • Conduct searches and updates in SAP and Incadea (training provided).
