Creator Operations Manager - TikTok Gaming

About the Team:Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The TikTok Gaming Global Operations team is a high-impact, cross-functional group dedicated to accelerating the growth of organic short-form and LIVE gaming content on the platform. Our mission is to facilitate our Gaming Creator community's growth, drive high-quality content production, and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled programs. We work closely with leading publishers, platforms, creators, and internal stakeholders to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive global communities. Responsibilities:
