Job Duties:
- Supporting the primary teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
- Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Preparing and organising teaching materials and resources
- Participating in meetings with teachers and parents to discuss student progress
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
