About the Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the end-to-end production of high-performance video advertisements for our mobile game. You won't just be making pretty videos; you will be architecting visual stories that drive installs, lower CPIs, and resonate with our target players.

You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Data, and Game Design, turning player psychology into winning ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Creative Strategy: Develop a roadmap for video ad themes, including cinematic trailers, gameplay edits, fail ads, and live-action/UGC content.

* Production Management: Lead a team of video editors to produce a high volume of assets weekly.

* Performance Analysis: Partner with the UA team to analyze hook rates, hold rates, and conversion metrics. Use data to kill losing concepts and iterate on winners.

* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of mobile advertising trends (TikTok, Meta, AppLovin)...
